This gorgeous Hobbit House comes with its own 'built into the side of a hill' kind of roof/mat.
The roof/mat is shaped like a large pocket to slide the house into.

The cobble stones in front of the house are simply adorable and Mr. Hobbit, dressed in a purple coat and with poseable arms and legs comes with the house too.
There are a number of accessories that can be bought for this set if desired; a stack of fire wood, mushroom and flower patches, a little fire, maybe some pets for around the house?
The trees, come in 4 different colours to match the seasons and can be purchased separately.
The roof has a panel that when lifted provides access for your child/children to reach in from the top as well as through the front door.
The mat measures approx 50cms in diameter. Mr Hobbit is approx 15cms tall
