Payment Options
When you are ready to finalise payment on your purchase, you have four options.
Credit Card
Purchasing online with your credit card is the simplest and most convenient way of shopping. Simply fill in your details and we will bill the purchase to your card.
- we accept all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Bankcard,
- your card details will be securely processed within 24 hours of the transaction. After this processing occurs, you will receive an email confirming the transaction is approved or disapproved,
- your credit card will be billed to Nature Play Australia 2002 Pty Ltd

- we treat credit card fraud very seriously, your IP address will be recorded during the transaction and used, if necessary to help determine your identity. Suspected fraudulent orders are reported to credit card authorities and the police station closest to the delivery address IMMEDIATELY for investigation. We will press charges.
Paypal - Just select this option when making your payment and the payment will be deducted directly from you Paypal account
Offline Payment or Direct Deposit
If you are still not comfortable purchasing online, that's fine. Select the 'Offline Payment by Phone' option on the Payment page. A page will appear with the details of your order. Print this page out and choose your preferred payment option.

This will include payment by credit card or cheque.
If paying by Credit Card Please do not put your card details on the email. Only put your contact details and a Customer Support Representative will call you for your card details. This is to ensure absolute security of your credit card. With cheque payments your order will not be shipped until your cheque is cleared.

It is worth remembering, however, that paying online will be the most convenient way for you to buy.
Receipt for Online Purchases
At the end of the payment process you will be presented with a confirmation screen containing your receipt number. This page can be printed for your reference. You will also be sent an email confirming this receipt number as soon as your order has been finalised.
