Our standard delivery time to all locations in Australia should be no more than 14 days excluding remote locations and items made to order such as playstands, shelves etc. which can take up to 4 weeks to be produced
Please note:- There are some larger items (ie playstands, dolls houses etc) that will have an annotation below them on the display/order page quoting additional freight costs. These additional freight costs will not show at checkout and will be added at the time your order is processed

Express freight arrangements are available by request and extra charges will apply. Our standard delivery time to all locations in Australia should be no more than 21 days.
Your order delivery address
A physical delivery address should be provided with your order. To help reduce credit fraud risk, any orders with deliveries to PO Boxes require photo ID and need to be signed for.
Customs duties - deliveries outside of Australia only. For Nature Play customers who purchase products that are delivered to outside of Australia, it is possible that Customs Duties may be charged on the products you buy from Nature Play. In the event that any Customs duties are charged, these will be payable to the Customs Duty office by whoever picks up the products in the country of delivery.
